$8 a month for a solo editor. A typical three-to-five person team runs $14 to $20 — still three to six times under Frame.io. Unlimited reviewers who never need an account, on every workspace. You pay for what your work actually costs to run, plus a small margin we print in the open.
One plan for everyone. No seats to count, no tiers to outgrow, no features held back.
Prices in USD. Cancel anytime. Your masters stay downloadable before, during and after.
Approved cuts that sit idle for two weeks with no views drop their instant-play copy to keep costs — and your bill — down. Opening one again takes a few minutes to warm back up, and its hot minutes go back on the meter.
Every reviewer who watches meters delivery minutes — the one meter that scales with how much people actually watch. The 400 minutes included cover about six full views of a 60-minute cut.
White glove: we move your projects, versions, comments and reviewers over, configure your workspace, and train your team. You keep working the whole time. Scope and price fixed in writing before we start.

Frame.io Pro is $15 per member per month capped at 5. Frame.io Team is $25 per member capped at 15. Dropbox Replay runs $10 to $12 per user per month as an add-on to Dropbox. Wipster Team is $19.95 per user per month billed annually, $25 billed monthly. All of those lines climb with headcount. Ours never adds a per-seat charge.
One caveat we say out loud: Frame.io has a free Creative Cloud tier — two users, 100 GB. For an Adobe-native solo editor the honest comparison there is $0, not $15. Against that our pitch is not price: it is unlimited reviewers, no seat ladder, and a bill you can read line by line.
Competitor pricing checked against each vendor’s own pricing page, June 2026. Check each vendor for current rates.
Anyone you send a link to can watch, comment on exact frames, and approve or send back — no account, no seat, ever. You will never pay per reviewer. What their watching does use is delivery minutes: every view meters the one thing that scales with how much people watch. Your plan includes 400 delivered minutes, about six full views of a 60-minute cut; past that, delivery bills at $0.00135 a minute. So reviewers are free to invite, and metered only by how much video actually gets watched — never by headcount.
Your master files — the original uploads, kept untouched at full quality. The plan includes 40 GB; above that, storage bills at $0.02 per GB per month. Streaming proxies we generate for playback do not count against you, and if you delete a video its space (and its bill) comes back. There is a 1 TB default ceiling per workspace as an abuse guardrail. If you genuinely need more, we raise it and quote you the same printed rate.
Because the honest price is what your workspace costs us to run, plus a small margin — and that does not come in three sizes. One base covers a generous envelope; past it, you pay the metered rates on the box. There is no tier to outgrow and no feature held back to sell you the next one up. The meter is the receipt, and the receipt is your bill.
Approved cuts that sit idle for two weeks with no views drop their instant-play copy to keep costs — and your bill — down. Opening one again takes a few minutes to warm back up, and its hot minutes go back on the meter. It is the same trade that keeps idle libraries cheap: nothing is charged to keep an approved, unwatched cut sitting there, and the moment you need it back it warms up in a few minutes and goes back on the meter. Nothing is ever deleted.
Your workspace pauses. Nothing is deleted and nobody is charged, because we never took a card. Trials hold up to 10 videos and 25 GB of masters, enough to run a real project through the loop. Start the paid plan (or founding Base) whenever you are ready — everything is exactly where you left it.
Yes. The 7-day trial is open with no card required, and paid founding Base ($8/mo for the first 20 workspaces) is open now — you can start straight on the paid plan from signup. Your card receipt arrives with the first charge. Want an invoice on day one? Email [email protected] and you will have one the same day.
The first 20 paying workspaces lock the base and the printed rates for as long as they stay subscribed. Your terms never get worse: if we later move to pure usage pricing, you move only if it comes out cheaper for you. This is a launch offer and we will say plainly on this page when it is gone.
Yes. Your masters are stored untouched and downloadable at any time, and downloads are free. Cancel and take everything with you. We want staying to be a choice, not a trap.
Upload a cut, drop a timecoded comment, send a reviewer link that needs no account. 7-day free trial, full features. No card required.
